Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We Accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard outside of the Philippines. Within the Philippines we accept BDO and BPI bank transfer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve agreed for a refund, we process it immediately. However the arrival of the said amount will depend on how long the bank will process the refund.

Can I cancel my order?
We will treat every order unique  and different in situation so yes we do consider order cancelation but only for valid reasons. We do customize orders so journals with engravings and personal touches are some of the orders that we do not consider for cancelations. Shipping & Returns

How much is the Shipping?
Our shipping depends on the weight of your product especially international orders. The Minimum for Snail mail ordinary without tracking is 12USD from order 0.5 kilos and below while with registered airmail with tracking cost 15USD. For Express shipping via UPS you can check their online rate pdf that can be found here : https://www.ups.com/assets/resources/media/en_GB/service_guide_ph.pdf  
How can I return my item?
We do not accept returns. We do give refunds from case to case basis. Once our parcel is delayed we usually give instructions for waiting time. If the waiting is longer than anticipated, we check it out with our courier. Once the item is still active on the tracking app, we cannot issue a refund or reproducing the order. If the order appears to be lost, we offer directly to the client for refund or replacement.

For orders that are sent via Snail mail without tracking, we do not accept returns or refund.
