Our products are individually handmade by our creators. Damages are very rare since we inspect each one before shipping. Once you receive items with defect, notify us immediately. We are more than willing to replace any damaged products as long it is proven that it came out of the packaging and not a result of normal usage.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, shipping address and contact number.
2. Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). Once you tag us with your post, we can share it on our social media pages.
3. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by QuiverSmiths.
QuiverSmiths has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that QuiverSmiths shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
4. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
5. Made to Order Products
All our journals are made to order and is created for a purchase alone. If you have purchased any custom order with names or particular instructions we cannot refund any payments once the product is finished.
Upon agreeing to purchase of any made to order products you accept that we will create this in the span of 1-3 weeks depending on the load of the production.
6. Shipping Information
Upon submission of an order, any information indicated on the Shipping section such as Name, Complete Address and Contact Number should be true and valid. In any case that the address that the client indicated is wrong and there was a problem in the shipping, any additional charges will be shouldered by the client. By this time we already paid for the advanced shipping fee. If the Client refused to pay the additional shipping fee, the order will be voided and cannot be refunded.
